Mission
Mission is to create a meritocratic form of work where there's no emphasis on reviews or ratings.
Problem
Instead of employers reviewing applications and picking freelancers, they just describe their tasks and review the work handed in, and freelancers don't have to convince employers anymore that they can do it, they just do it.
Solution
Employers describe their task and we send it out to tons of qualified freelancers. The freelancers do the work, hand it in to the employer, then the employer reviews and pays for the best work.
